“Do yourself a favor and just book them. It's totally worth it!”
Titans Electrical was recommended to me through Angie's List after searching for someone to put an electrical outlet in my fireplace so I could wall mount the television. Jason, the owner and president, came out to my house to give a free estimate, and provided an actual estimate via email (something that I find increasing rare as I get work done on my home). I was able to schedule the work to be done during my lunch break, and it was done a master electrician named Oliver. Oliver explained all the possibilities for cutting into my fireplace, which let me know he was all about customer satisfaction than a quick buck. Armed with the information, he drilled and fortunately was able to put the outlet in the wall. He crawled all up and over the attic, and never complained. I was so impressed that I inquired about three more projects: a dimmer in the master bedroom's recessed lights, moving an outlet in the bathroom so I could hang two mirrors, and changing all the two prong outlets to three prong outlets. Oliver came back out and do another exceptional job, but we ran into a problem with the dimmer with a humming and premature dimming. Before he left, he said he would look into the problem. I ended up discovering what the problem is, and Jason sent Oliver back out the next day, and the dimmer was put in with no issue. On top of that, I asked Oliver an off question about a switch on the outside of my house, and before I knew it he was on the ladder trying to problem solve. It is that type of service that is so rare and let's me know that they will be my go-to when I have any electrical issues. They showed up on-time, communicated clearly all through the process, and wanted to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. You definitely get what you pay for, and I was happy to pay from their professionalism and attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and just book them. It's totally worth it!
